Exceptions / non-returnable items cannot be returned, like perishable goods(such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a AVANTELOVE E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
-Any items that are returned damaged
-Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed and/or altered
-Any items returned with pet hair, makeup stains and/or tanning solutions
-Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
-Any items returned with rips, stains and/or holes
-Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date
Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify, will be discarded.
